Refunds for Non-Defective Products

Order the wrong thing? Doesn’t work for you? Want to return it? No Problem!

If you purchase a product directly from Corners4 through Corners4’s website, www.corners4.com, you may return the product if you are dissatisfied for any reason, and Corners4 will refund the amount paid for the returned product, less any expedited or international shipping fees. Please email 4support@corners4.com with a brief explanation for your return request. We will review and respond. Upon approval you will be issued a return authorization number and directions on how to ship back to us.

Products must be returned within thirty (30) days of the date of the original order for a refund.

Once Corners4 receives your return we will process your refund and email you a credit memo confirmation. Upon receipt of the credit memo confirmation email, please allow an additional 3-5 days before the funds are posted back to the credit card used for the purchase. It’s that easy!

Corners4 is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to Corners4. We recommend that you ship your returned products to Corners4 via a trackable shipment method. Customers outside the United States are responsible for paying customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and brokerage. Promptly following Corners4’s receipt of your returned product (typically within 7-10 business days), Corners4 will credit the amount paid for the returned product (less any shipping costs/expenses related to the original purchase, which are non-refundable) to the credit card you used to make the original purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Corners4 does not control when a specific credit card company processes a chargeback transaction. You are responsible for contacting your credit card company if you have questions about the status of the chargeback. Corners4 will not provide a refund for a non-defective product that is received by Corners4 more than thirty (30) days after the date of original purchase. Corners4 also does not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use. This non-defective product refund policy applies to the direct end-user purchaser. It does not apply to dealers, distributors or any other third parties in a distribution chain who purchase product for resale or cover products purchased through online auction websites or channels other than Corners4’s website.
